If you are claustrophobic you may not enjoy being trapped in the tiny space of a portable sauna.

So, you won’t really get the total experience of a sauna. However, if you’re looking for the health and relaxation benefits of a sauna and if you need something compact and lightweight that is inexpensive and easy to use a portable sauna might be just right for you.
